Home Making Services In-Home Family Support (IHFS)
Homemaker Services
Home Maker performs general household activities when the person receiving services is no longer able to manage their regular home maintenance activities, or is temporarily absent from the home. Homemakers may monitor the person’s well-being while in the home, including home safety.
Some activities may include:
- cleaning
- companionship,
- laundry,
- meal preparation,
- routine household cares,
- shopping for food,
- clothes and supplies,
- simple household repairs,
- Social outings and transportation arrangements.
