Respite Services
Respite Services are provided to a client to allow temporary relief of duties for the primary care giver. A respite care giver works with the client either at an in-home or out-of-home respite setting that meet the necessary provider licensure and qualifications. Respite care is only provided to the primary caregiver, if the following criteria are met. A primary caregiver must be responsible for the care and supervision of the client, maintain his or her primary residence at the same address as the client and be named as an owner or leaser of the primary residence of the client.
